How much does virtual try-on cost for an eyewear store?

LessLens costs $99 a month for up to 50 frames, $199 for up to 200 frames and $399 for up to 500 frames. Paying annually gives you two months free. Stores with more than 500 frames or more than three storefronts get a custom plan. 3D models of new frames cost $39 each, one-time. Frames already in the LessLens catalog are free.

What counts as a frame?

A frame is one model in your catalog, in all its colors: a frame sold in five colors counts as one frame toward your plan. Only frames with the try-on button count, so you can start with your best sellers and add more later. Each color still needs its own 3D model; additional colors are $9 each, one-time.

Are there limits on try-ons or traffic?

No. Plans differ only by the number of frames and stores. There are no limits and no fees per try-on, session or page view, on computers or on iPhone. Fair use: automated or abusive traffic isn’t covered, and if we see something unusual, we’ll contact you before changing anything.

How much do 3D models of my frames cost, and how long do they take?

Frames already in the LessLens catalog are free. A new frame costs $39 one-time, including one color; each additional color is $9. Orders of 100 frames or more get 10% off, and annual plans include 10, 25 or 50 new frames a year, one color each; unused ones don’t carry over to the next year. We agree the delivery date before we start and fix any model that doesn’t match your frame at no charge.

How does the pilot work?

The pilot runs for 60 days from the day the try-on button goes live on your store, on up to 20 of your frames, with no subscription fee. New 3D models are $39 each, credited in full to your subscription if you continue. Before we start, we agree how we’ll measure the results and which plan follows. We review the results together on day 45; the plan starts on day 61 unless you cancel by email.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. You can move to a larger plan at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid month. Annual plans are paid for 12 months upfront and aren’t refundable, but you can turn off renewal at any time. When a plan ends, the try-on button stops appearing on your pages.

Can I use LessLens alongside another try-on?

Yes. There’s no exclusivity: you can use another try-on service alongside LessLens or instead of it.

Do you charge per try-on or take a share of sales?

No. You pay a fixed monthly or annual price for your plan and a one-time price for new 3D models. There are no per-try-on fees, no commission on sales and no setup fee.

Do you have a Shopify or WooCommerce app?

Not yet. LessLens works on any storefront through a small script and a try-on button on your product pages, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, PrestaShop, Magento, BigCommerce and custom sites. We help with the setup during the pilot.
